On March 18 2024, the government land sale near Bayshore MRT Station officially closed with eight developers bidding. The highest bid came from SingHaiyi at $1,388 psf ppr, and the estimated launch price for the new development in 2026 is expected to reach $2,600-$2,700 psf, setting a new record high for OCR condos!
