Sing Holdings 与 Sunway 联手拿下 Lorong Chuan 附近两块地，预计合并开发成逾千户项目 Chuan Grove。政府公布的 Seletar Line 可能在 Lorong Chuan 与环线交汇，使其成为未来地铁转换站。而且有理由推测，转换站的入口有可能毗邻这个未来的公寓项目。
如果这一推测成真，Chuan Grove 将有望成为少数直连中转站的大型项目，兼具地段与配套优势，值得期待。

Sing Holdings and Sunway have jointly acquired two adjacent plots near Lorong Chuan, with plans to merge them into a large-scale project of over 1,000 units known as Chuan Grove. According to the government’s announcement, the upcoming Seletar Line is expected to intersect with the Circle Line at Lorong Chuan, potentially making it a future interchange station. There is also reason to believe that one of the new interchange entrances could be located right next to this upcoming condominium project.
If this projection proves true, Chuan Grove may become one of the rare large-scale developments directly connected to an MRT interchange, combining both location and amenity advantages, certainly a project worth anticipating.
