In this video, we’ll take a data-driven approach to assess whether Tengah HDB owners will realistically be able to afford Tengah Garden in the resale market.
Based on reasonable assumptions, we’ll project the potential resale prices of the project, estimate HDB selling prices and proceeds, and factor in the income required for financing, so as to evaluate the overall feasibility of upgrading from an HDB to Tengah Garden.
