Woodlands Drive 17有两个EC
位于Woodlands医疗园两侧,步行可达Woodlands南地铁站,周边规划有超市、餐饮等配套。

Sembawang Road EC
位于水道旁边的狭长坡地,目前地势较陡,根据URA 2025年发展蓝图,Sembawang船厂即将转型为生活与产业结合的新区,未来发展潜力不容忽视。

Miltonia Close EC
距离地铁较远,周边配套尚不成熟,但已有BTO项目在建,未来可能增设巴士线路与社区资源整合。紧邻Orchid Country Club,后者租约将在2030年终止,土地将转为住宅用途,成为北部生态走廊的一部分。

There are two upcoming EC sites at Woodlands Drive 17, located on either side of the Woodlands Health Campus. They are within walking distance to Woodlands South MRT station, and the surrounding area is planned to include supermarkets, dining options, and other amenities.

The Sembawang Road EC sits on a narrow, sloped site next to a waterway. While the terrain is currently steep, the URA 2025 Master Plan outlines a major transformation of the nearby Sembawang Shipyard into a mixed-use residential and commercial precinct, offering long-term growth potential.

The Miltonia Close EC is farther from the MRT and currently lacks comprehensive amenities. However, new BTO projects are under construction nearby, and future bus routes or integrated community facilities may be added. It is located next to Orchid Country Club, which will not renew its lease after 2030. The site is slated for residential redevelopment and will become part of the North Region Nature Corridor.
