The reason Singapore’s property market remains resilient and steadily rising comes down to three key factors:

A stable policy framework, steadily growing household incomes, and strong population and owner-occupier demand.

Over the next 15 years, about 200,000 to 300,000 new homes will be added, mainly in areas such as Paya Lebar Air Base, Bukit Timah Turf City, and Sembawang Shipyard.

Singapore’s property market may not make you rich overnight, but its long-term growth potential remains solid.
